Load Driver Errors – How to Fix

Driver download failed: the driver file was not downloaded correctly (empty or corrupted file after several attempts).

Steps to resolve

1. Enable a VPN and retry: your internet provider or a work/school network may be blocking the connection to our servers.
2. Temporarily disable your antivirus and add the product folder to its exclusions, then try again.
3. Still failing? Wait a few minutes and try again, in case of a temporary server issue.

Invalid driver data: the driver file was downloaded, but its content is invalid (null pointer, zero size or smaller than expected).

Steps to resolve

1. Disable your antivirus and add the product folder to its exclusions: antivirus software can partially strip required files.
2. Enable a VPN and retry: your provider may be intercepting or modifying the download.
3. Restart the loader and try again.

Driver initialization failed: the driver was downloaded, but the device handle needed to load it could not be created.

Steps to resolve

1. Restart your PC and try again.
2. Make sure no other security or anti-cheat software is running in the background before launching the loader.

Driver failed: the driver was loaded but failed during initialization. The loader also shows a secondary code in the format #58765|0x[CODE].

Steps to resolve

1. Go through all the checks of the Disable Protections guide first.
2. Check that your Windows version is supported in the System Requirements.
3. Write down the full error code shown by the loader (e.g. #58765|0xC0000034): you will need it for support.

1. Right-click the loader and select Run as administrator.
2. Make sure your Windows user account has administrator rights.
