Your BSOD code does not match any code listed in this help center.
Before contacting support, make sure you completed every setup step, including disabling Kernel DMA Protection, Virtualization-Based Security (VBS/HVCI) and the other requirements of the setup guide. If any of them is still enabled, fix it first.
Everything is set up correctly and the BSOD still happens? Contact support with:
- The BSOD code: a photo of the blue screen taken with your phone is ideal.
- When it happens: for example when opening the game, when injecting with the loader, or during gameplay.
- How often it happens: always, sometimes, or only in specific conditions.
- The support files: the BSOD minidump and the loader logs, collected with the System Diagnostics tool.
