1. Remove third-party antivirus

The loader performs low-level operations that Windows Defender and third-party antivirus software flag as threats. Both must be fully disabled before using any of our products.

If you have a third-party antivirus installed (Norton, Avast, McAfee, Malwarebytes, Kaspersky…), uninstall it completely through Settings → Apps before going further.

Simply disabling it is not enough: it must be removed.

2. Disable Windows Defender

  1. Download the tool below and run it as administrator.
  2. Select "Remove Windows Defender only" (A) and wait until it finishes.
  3. Restart your PC when prompted.

3. Disable Windows Firewall

  1. Press Win + R, type firewall.cpl and press Enter.
  2. Click Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off in the left panel.
  3. Select Turn off for both Private and Public network settings.
  4. Click OK.
