Where do I find my key?
Right after your payment, your license key is sent by email to the address you used at checkout.
Not in your inbox? Check your Spam / Junk and Promotions folders, it often lands there.
Still nothing after a few minutes? Open a ticket on Discord with your order number.
How do I activate my key?
Your key is usually activated on the website of the product's provider. The link and the steps for your product are given with your key.

How do I get my customer role on Discord?
- Join our Discord: discord.gg/overlate.
- Go to the #customer-role channel.
- Click the Get customer role button.
- In the form, enter your order number and the email used at checkout.
Linked your Discord at checkout? Your roles are given automatically: just click the button and leave the form empty to refresh them.
Only completed orders are accepted and each order number can be used once. You can use the button again after every new purchase.
